Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Frontend Development & Architecture
- →Build and maintain scalable UI applications using React + JavaScript / TypeScript
- →Implement reusable patterns for:
- →Component structure
- →State management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
- →API integration (REST / GraphQL)
- → Component Library & Design System
- →Develop and maintain shared UI components
- →Ensure:
- →Consistency with design guidelines
- →Accessibility
- →Responsiveness
- →Work with design teams using tools like Figma, Storybook
- → Code Quality & Best Practices
- →Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- →Follow and enforce:
- →Coding standards
- →Linting, formatting rules
- →Component reusability
- →Participate in code reviews and feedback cycles
- → Performance Optimization
- →Optimize:
- →Page load times
- →Rendering performance
- →Bundle size (lazy loading, code splitting)
- →Monitor and fix performance bottlenecks
- → Developer Experience (DX)
- →Contribute to improvements in:
- →Build tools and configs
- →Local development setup
- →Help maintain CI/CD workflows for frontend
- → Testing & Reliability
- →Write and maintain:
- →Unit tests (Jest, Vitest)
- →Integration/E2E tests (Playwright, Cypress)
- →Ensure UI reliability and reduce regression issues
- → Collaboration & Execution
- →Work closely with:
- →Product managers
- →UX designers
- →Backend engineers
- →Break down features and deliver independently with minimal supervision
- → Learning & Growth
- →Stay updated with evolving frontend ecosystem:
- →React updates
- →Modern CSS strategies
- →Gradually take ownership of modules or feature areas
Requirements
~1 min read- 4–6 years of experience in frontend/full-stack development
- Strong expertise in:
- React + TypeScript / JavaScript
- Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with:
- API integration (REST or GraphQL)
- State management libraries
- Solid understanding of:
- HTML, CSS, responsive design
- Experience with:
- React.js or similar frameworks
- Component libraries / design systems
- Monorepos or shared UI platforms
- Familiarity with:
- Micro-frontend basics
- Exposure to cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Attention to detail in UI/UX quality
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Quality and reusability of components built
- Feature delivery velocity and reliability
- Reduction in UI bugs and regressions
- Contribution to codebase maintainability
- Adoption of shared components across teams
