As part of Consensus' Internship Program, we’re offering an exciting unpaid praktik (3–6 months) in our Customer Success team - a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in SaaS, client engagement, and digital platforms while contributing to meaningful work that helps major global companies communicate, train, and connect better.

About the Team 

The Customer Success Team is the voice of the customer at Consensus. We partner closely with Account Managers to ensure customers succeed on our Connect platform - driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.
 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

At Consensus, Customer Success is not one-size-fits-all, we both: 

  • Support customers by actively running and building their Connect platforms, and 
  • Train and enable other customers to operate the platform independently 

 

This role will involve a significant amount of hands-on platform building and content management in Connect, which is a key part of how we deliver value to our customers. 

  • Support onboarding and platform setup for customers 
  • Assist with training sessions and customer guidance 
  • Provide frontline support and resolve customer inquiries 
  • Build and manage customer platforms and report on engagement 
  • Help coordinate events (virtual, hybrid, in-person) 
  • Deliver personalized customer support and check-ins 
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience 
  • Support engagement initiatives and customer success activities 

 

Who You Are 

We imagine you are: 

  • A student in Business, Communication, Digital, or similar 
  • Curious about SaaS, customer experience, and digital platforms 
  • A strong communicator with a service mindset 
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working hands-on with tools and systems 
  • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus) 

Bonus if you have: 

  • Experience with customer support, events, or digital tools
