We combine deep expertise, practical problem-solving, and digital innovation to deliver measurable and lasting impact for our clients.

This role sits at the centre of growing our Infrastructure practice across Brazil and Latin America.

You will lead client engagements end-to-end — combining business development, strategic advisory, and delivery leadership — while working closely with major infrastructure players, including concessionaires, construction groups, and investors.

This is a highly client-facing, commercially driven role, where you will shape opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact across complex infrastructure environments.

Building & Construction is a critical industry delivering complex, large-scale capital projects that shape infrastructure and communities.

At dss+, we partner with organisations to improve safety, strengthen project execution, and manage risk across the full project lifecycle.

This is a key area where we support clients to deliver projects on time and on budget, while protecting people and driving sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

You will lead transformation programmes across Infrastructure clients while driving business growth and strengthening our market presence in Brazil and across Latin America.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, engaging across the full lifecycle — from opportunity identification to delivery execution — ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and measurable business impact.

  • Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across transformation and contractor management programmes

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, investors, and senior stakeholders

  • Drive business development activities, including pipeline creation, proposal development, and closing consulting engagements

  • Identify and shape opportunities across the infrastructure investment lifecycle (pre-deal, post-deal, value creation phases)

  • Translate operational risk and performance challenges into clear financial and strategic value propositions

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and resources, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact

  • Facilitate executive workshops, decision-making sessions, and client engagements

  • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained results

  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying new opportunities and long-term partnerships

  • Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and offering development for the Infrastructure practice
