As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and hiring teams to ensure a high-quality and consistent hiring experience.
You will support recruitment delivery and help strengthen dss+’s employer brand in Japan.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

Manage candidate communication to ensure a professional and positive experience.

Support recruitment marketing through social media and careers platforms.

Assist with employer branding initiatives and content creation.

Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.

Prepare recruitment materials such as job advertisements, presentations, and social content.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and hiring managers to support hiring priorities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. You are proactive, reliable, and interested in building a career in talent acquisition, HR, or related fields.
Currently studying, recently graduated, or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using digital tools and working with data.
Interest in social media and content creation is beneficial.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress);
Native-level Japanese and strong English proficiency.
Based in Tokyo or able to work in Tokyo as required.
