Convey is growing, and there’s never been a more exciting time to join our team! We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Events Manager to help elevate our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and drive pipeline growth across the utilities and technology industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives

Plan and manage the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and sponsorships
- →
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, ABM, and Marketing Operations teams to maximize event impact and ROI
- →
Oversee logistics, vendors, travel, booth design, lead capture, attendee experience, and on-site execution
- →
Manage event budgets, contracts, and performance reporting
- →
Analyze event results and continuously optimize programs based on data and feedback
A proven event marketing professional who can balance strategy and execution
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A data-driven mindset with experience measuring event success and ROI
