Responsibilities

→Collaborate with IT groups and clients to define system designs and user interfaces.
→Participate in all phases of development and implementation processes.
→Act as a project manager for special projects as required.
→Ensure integration and optimal functioning of Web servers and supporting systems.
→Conduct system tuning and optimization of data processing.
→Maintain and support the production environment.
→Analyze and research to develop solutions for complex projects.
→Work on various projects, either independently or as part of a team.
→Coach and mentor junior technical staff members as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment.
Proficiency in multiple technical environments with a specific business area knowledge.
Ability to work on complex projects requiring analysis and research.
Strong teamwork and project leadership skills.
