Responsibilities

→Develop and manage capacity requirements aligned with business needs and infrastructure growth.
→Facilitate the creation of policies to optimize existing capacity usage.
→Ensure data recovery, maintenance, integrity, and space requirements across platforms.
→Conduct capacity workload modeling and availability analysis for large environments.
→Serve as an expert resource for IT groups in planning system resource requirements.
→Present statistical availability, trend analysis, and recommendations to IT leadership.
→Ensure the reliability and availability of platforms to meet business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including managing teams responsible for infrastructure/operations support in multi-platform environments.
Middle-level management experience in operations and management functions.
Experience mentoring supervisors, project leaders, and/or technical staff.
Proven ability to work on multiple, complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
Ability to report to senior IT management roles, such as IT Chief Operating Officer or Director of Data Center Operations.
