Responsibilities

→Manage and oversee the processing of programs and equipment on mainframe and distributed computer systems.
→Establish production runs, ensuring all necessary job control language and documentation are available.
→Assist in the setup of jobs and perform problem identification, escalation, and resolution.
→Communicate the status of operations to facilitate quick responses to service disruptions.
→Provide production support across multiple platforms and work on various projects as a team member.
→Lead projects of moderate complexity and provide guidance to junior technical staff.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in production and operations support.
Experience providing production support on multiple platforms.
Strong problem identification, escalation, and resolution skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and potentially lead projects of moderate complexity.
Effective communication skills for reporting operational status and disruptions.
