Responsibilities

  • →Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems Management.
  • →CPA Preferred.
  • Experience administering Blackline, Docusign, Argus and Kahua preferred.
  • Experience with KACE ticket management, OKTA/SSO and Management Studio preferred.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools, including intermediate or higher skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and ability to learn new company specific software.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening.
  • Excellent follow up and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex tasks simultaneously with good judgement.
  • Critical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of various Accounting rules and requirements. Knowledge of company organizational structure and business reporting/data needs. Familiarity with real estate business and REITS. 
  • Experience with systems analysis and testing
  • Experience in software maintenance
  • Experience in business process re-engineering or improvement
  • Well developed analytical skills and the ability to identify key business drivers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate information needs and requirements independently.
  • Demonstrated organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and provide solution options. 

EQUIPMENT OPERATION - Standard office equipment including PC, telephone, copier, fax machine, printer, etc.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000
