The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while helping scale CoreWeave’s rapidly growing organization in Singapore and globally.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team.

  • Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with CoreWeave’s values
  • Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information is accurate and launched correctly
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, including Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, interview logistics, and onsite support throughout the process
  • Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that help the team scale effectively
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Thrive when working through ambiguity and evolving processes, with a proven ability to hit the ground running as the operational anchor for a lean local team.
  • Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through
  • A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, or IT recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools
  • Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives
