What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Furniture Coordinator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist policyholders with furniture delivery and ongoing furniture needs throughout the duration of each file, managing files from the initial quote through furniture pickup. You will report directly to the Furniture Manager and regularly collaborate with furniture vendors.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Advocating with vendors on behalf of ALE customers to secure the best initial quote and fee for each file
Collaborating with vendors, A/NAM, and RS to ensure families receive the rental furniture they need
Maintaining and building relationships with furniture vendors in partnership with the Furniture Manager
Ensuring timely coordination and communication with ALE team members supporting policyholders
Ordering furniture, appliances, and housewares after receiving orders from RS
Following up on all orders to confirm vendor scheduling and communicating delivery dates to RS and A/NAM
Reviewing leases for accurate billing prices, delivery fees, and items, and entering final pricing in ACT before delivery
Handling incoming requests for exchanges, add-ons, partial pickups, and buyout requests in a timely manner
Advising NAM of pricing changes and obtaining approval for additional items
Verifying vendor fees and entering revised pricing in the database to maintain accurate totals
Updating Book Activity and maintaining furniture-related ACT notes as needed
Resolving issues with vendors and insured customers
Assisting with incoming phone calls for the Furniture Department
Notifying the Furniture Manager and NAM of issues affecting files
Maintaining the ACT Placement Database
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
The qualifications and skills for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two or more years of job-related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
ACT program experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong business acumen and sound judgment
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members
Ability to assist coworkers with tasks as needed

Pay Transparency
The expected hourly range for this position is $19- $21, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
