Senior Accounting Manager

## Role Overview Senior Accounting Manager, leading controllership team for a key business unit of Corteva Agriscience in Indonesia. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional country and regional leadership teams as well as shared service centre teams, to ensure robust financial governance and compliance. The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-3 accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, strong financial reporting controls and continuous improvement, aligned with Corteva values. The role will be reporting to regional controller. ## ## Key Responsibilities * Collaborate proactively with cross-functional country and regional leadership as well as shared service centre teams to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies * Actively participate in business reviews with cross-functional leadership * Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes of multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with Group policies and special reporting requirements * Foster adherence to internal controls, operational risk awareness, ethical business practices * Responsible for local statutory audit processes and local regulatory reporting to BKPM and Bank Indonesia * Support executing strategic initiatives driven by Group and country management * Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 accounting staff, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth ## Qualifications & Experience * Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) * Significant experience in senior accounting or finance management roles, preferably within an international business environment or reputable accounting firms (e.g., Big Four) * Demonstrable experience in collaborating across country and regional teams * Strong leadership skills with experience of managing and developing small teams * Fluent communication in English language * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and US GAAP is desirable * Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA modules like FI, CO, SD and MM, would be an advantage
