Our team values professionalism, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. We are currently seeking a Remote Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates, and fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Position Overview: The Legal Assistant will support our attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation and management for personal injury matters. Draft, review, and edit correspondence, legal documents, and reports. Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials. Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys and clients. Conduct online research related to cases as needed. Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only). Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a law firm environment preferred. Personal injury experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (experience with legal software is a plus). Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time. Work Schedule: Full-time position. Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time). Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
