Summary: We are seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This role is critical in managing complex employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and class and representative actions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in employment law, a track record of successful litigation, and the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients. You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-impact results in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters from initial intake through final resolution Lead the development and execution of litigation strategies for wage and hour disputes, class actions, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and professionalism Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations with confidence and effectiveness Provide expert guidance to clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align legal strategy with business objectives Requirements Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active and in good standing license to practice law in the state bar Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on wage and hour and class action litigation Proven expertise in legal writing, case analysis, and courtroom advocacy Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: ${salary_range} Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities Hybrid work schedule may be considered post-onboarding, based on experience and firm needs
