Litigation assistant *INTERNATIONAL*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join a growing legal team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates only. Applicants must have prior litigation experience and must be bilingual in English and Spanish—these are non-negotiable requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure all case materials are up to date Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and third parties in both English and Spanish Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case records Qualifications: Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication) Required: Prior experience working as a Litigation Assistant or in a litigation-focused legal support role Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment Strong professional communication skills Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office What We Offer: Fully remote, long-term opportunity Collaborative and supportive team environment Consistent work schedule with a U.S.-based law firm Opportunities for growth and professional development
