Litigation Attorney - remote

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a distributed legal team. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to handle cases from inception through resolution. Note: Candidates based in Texas who are also licensed in Georgia are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not required. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Handle depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussions Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed) Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Ensure compliance with Georgia laws, procedures, and deadlines Qualifications Active license to practice law in Georgia (required) 2+ years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred) Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Excellent communication and client management skills Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Based in Texas and also licensed in Georgia Experience with personal injury or civil litigation matters Familiarity with remote case management systems and legal tech tools What We Offer Fully remote work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Consistent caseload and operational support Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing legal team Collaborative and supportive work culture
