Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation Draft, prepare, and file legal documents in state and federal courts Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials Coordinate and organize document productions and exhibits Conduct legal and factual research Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures Experience with discovery, e-discovery, and case management platforms Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Collaborative and professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement
