They are a large-scale apparel manufacturing operation serving international brands across North America, Europe, and Northern Asia. Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level.

Purpose: This role provides technical expertise across garment construction, fitting, sewing operations, and production standards within an apparel manufacturing environment.

• →Advise on sewing, cutting, pattern making, and machine usage
• →Support internal teams with technical problem-solving
• →Establish fitting and workmanship standards
• →Communicate specifications clearly to internal teams
• →Develop training materials and support technician development

• Certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in Garment Technology or related disciplines.
• Nice-to-have: Training or certification related to pattern engineering, technical garment construction, or production engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment technical, garment engineering, or technical production roles within apparel manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with woven outerwear, functional garments, or activewear products.
• Experience supporting factory production teams on garment construction and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with factory-based production workflows, workmanship standards, and technical quality control processes.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and production processes in apparel manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cutting, sewing, and machine operation processes in garment factories.
• English communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
• Chinese communication skills (nice-to-have)
