They are a large-scale apparel manufacturing operation serving international brands across North America, Europe, and Northern Asia. Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level.

Purpose: This role leads factory maintenance operations for sewing and apparel production machinery within a manufacturing environment.

• Machine downtime meets agreed benchmarks
• Technical issues are resolved efficiently
• Equipment documentation remains accurate and current

• →Install, modify, and maintain sewing and production machines
• →Diagnose mechanical issues impacting productivity
• →Coordinate with machine suppliers on specifications and improvements
• →Maintain technical drawings, manuals, and documentation
• →Plan and execute technical improvement projects

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Nice-to-have: Certifications related to industrial maintenance, automation, or equipment management.

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within apparel manufacturing or factory production environments.
• Hands-on experience with sewing machines and garment production equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and technical documentation control.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians or technical teams is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of sewing and apparel production machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and machine specifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance processes.
• English communication skills for technical coordination and documentation.
