- Location: Quang Ngai – Vietnam, on-site
- Employment type: Full-time

- Team scope: Supervises 40–50 operators
They are a large-scale apparel manufacturing operation serving international brands across North America, Europe, and Northern Asia. Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level.
Purpose: This role leads finished goods packaging operations within an apparel manufacturing factory environment.
- Packaging output meets delivery timelines
- Packing standards comply with customer requirements
- Packaging costs and material usage are controlled
Responsibilities

Requirements
~1 min read- Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Operations
- Nice-to-have: Certifications related to production operations, packaging processes, or workplace safety.Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging, finishing, or production operations within apparel, garment, footwear, bag, or manufacturing factory environments.
- Experience supervising operational teams in factory settings with production or shipment deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer packing standards, shipment preparation, and packaging workflow control.
- Understanding of packaging workflows and finished goods handling processes in apparel/garment manufacturing.
- Ability to maintain packaging documentation and SOP compliance.
- Basic reporting and operational tracking skills.
- English communication skills for operational coordination and reporting.
- Packaging material knowledge is a nice-to-have.
