- 負責 L3(專業職)招募執行
- 透過多維度數據分析優化整體招募引擎
- 規劃 L1(基層/大量招募)招募通路,確保人才供給穩定且具品質
- 同時實踐並推動 Coupang 的領導原則(Leadership Principles)

- L3 招募管理與執行
- 負責 L3 專業職位的端到端招募流程
- 確保招募品質符合業務成長與企業文化
- 多維度人才分析
- 深入分析 L3 人才數據,包括:
- 招募來源(Sourcing Channels)
- 年資(Tenure)
- 產業背景(Industry)
- 薪資結構(Compensation)
- 性別多元性(Gender Diversity)
- 提供數據導向的招募建議
- 招募周期優化(Lead Time)
- 監控與分析完整招募流程
- 識別瓶頸並優化流程
- 在兼顧品質前提下降低招募時間
- 離職與留任品質分析
- 追蹤早期離職率與任用後績效(特別針對 L1 / L3)
- 分析根因並回饋至招募策略優化
- L1 招募通路策略規劃
- 評估大量招募通路的成效與成本效率
- 確保招募具備擴張能力並能應對旺季需求
- 招募專案設計與管理
- 規劃並執行策略專案,包括:
- SOP 標準化
- 跨部門招募專案
- 制定時程與資源配置
- 管理層報告

基本條件
- 大學學歷以上,並具備 7 年以上以下領域經驗:
- 招募營運
- 人才招募(Talent Acquisition)
- 專案管理
- 進階數據分析能力:
- 能分析 Lead Time(招募周期)與留任/離職數據
- 並據此做出商業決策
- 熟悉市場人才分析(Market Mapping):
- 包含產業、年資、薪酬等面向
- 能透過創意思考與跨團隊合作解決問題
- 具備高度目標導向與自我驅動能力
加分條件
- 數據視覺化能力:
- 熟悉 Tableau、SQL 或進階 Excel
- 對企業營運具備基本理解,例如:
- 財務、法務、人資、物流、電商或科技領域

Coupang’s recruiters and planning specialists play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Recruiting Planning & Project Senior Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic projects and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will be responsible for executing L3-level recruitment while performing deep multi-dimensional data analysis to optimize the hiring engine. Additionally, you will oversee L1-level channel planning to ensure a stable and high-quality talent supply chain while championing Coupang’s leadership principles.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and Execute L3 Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for L3 professional roles, ensuring high-quality hires that align with business growth and culture.
- →Conduct Multi-Dimensional Talent Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on L3 candidates, focusing on Sourcing Channels, Tenure, Industry Background, Salary Structures, and Gender Diversity to provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
- →Optimize Recruitment Lead Time: Monitor and analyze the full recruitment lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce the time-to-hire without compromising quality.
- →Analyze Turnover and Retention Quality: Track early turnover rates and post-hire performance (especially for L1 and L3) to identify root causes and feedback insights into the sourcing and selection strategy.
- →Strategic L1 Channel Planning: Analyze the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of mass-hiring channels for L1 roles, ensuring scalability and readiness for seasonal surges.
- →Design and Lead Recruitment Projects: Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans for strategic initiatives, such as process standardization (SOP) and cross-functional hiring campaigns.
- →Leadership Reporting: Provide regular, data-intensive updates to leadership, using metrics like Lead Time and Turnover to forecast risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or project management
- Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets including Lead Time (Time-to-Hire) and Retention/Turnover rates to drive business decisions
- Expertise in Market Mapping and talent analysis across variables such as industry, tenure, and compensation benchmarks
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
- Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
Requirements
~2 min read- Data Visualization Proficiency: Experience using tools like Tableau, SQL, or Advanced Excel to model Lead Time trends and Turnover correlations
- General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance, legal, HR, logistics, e-commerce, or tech
- Experience in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) analytics and gender-balanced hiring strategies
- Experience working or hiring within a high-growth start-up or large-scale logistics/retail environment
