You’ll be part of a US-based fintech with clients across Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia, working at the intersection of business, data, and technology. What You’ll Do Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and clarify requirements Translate ideas into clear, actionable specifications for developers Lead client-facing and internal workshops to capture needs and co-design solutions Bring a UX/CX mindset with rapid prototyping and iterative design Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement with an AI-first approach What We’re Looking For 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst (fintech experience preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Experience with APIs, Azure, and integration-driven systems UX/CX awareness, prototyping, and workshop facilitation skills Naturally curious, analytical, and creative problem solver Why Join Be part of a team that values creativity, curiosity, and initiative over routine.
