CyberPro Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a client's Online eCommerce division and play a key role in delivering technology and digital initiatives that support the continued evolution of its online customer experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed. This is a delivery-focused role suited to a Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced digital and technology environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects translate into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within the Online eCommerce environment. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery roadmaps. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Engineering, UX/UI, Business Analysis, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure and external vendors. Manage project dependencies across multiple technology and business workstreams. Track project progress and ensure delivery against agreed timelines, scope and quality standards. Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain RAID logs and ensure appropriate mitigation and escalation actions are implemented. Manage project budgets, resource requirements and financial tracking where applicable. Facilitate project governance forums, steering committees, status meetings and working sessions. Prepare clear and concise project status reports for senior stakeholders and leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams. Coordinate testing, deployment, release and implementation activities. Ensure appropriate project documentation, governance and delivery standards are maintained. Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and manage changes to scope. Support Agile delivery practices and collaborate effectively with Scrum Masters and delivery teams. Manage external technology partners and suppliers where required. Identify delivery challenges early and drive resolution through to completion. Ensure projects achieve their intended business, customer and technology outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and practices. eCommerce / Digital Experience The successful candidate should have experience working on digital, eCommerce or customer-facing technology projects, with an understanding of the complexities involved in delivering online platforms and digital products. Exposure to areas such as the following would be advantageous: eCommerce platforms and online retail Digital customer journeys Web and mobile applications Online checkout and payment journeys Order management Product catalogue and pricing Customer experience and personalisation Digital fulfilment and delivery integrations APIs and third-party integrations CRM and customer platforms Digital analytics Cloud-based technology environments Platform modernisation or re-platforming initiatives Required Experience 5+ years' experience in Project Management, preferably within technology, digital or eCommerce environments. Proven experience managing projects from initiation through to successful implementation. Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organisation. Strong experience in project planning, governance, reporting, risk and dependency management. Experience working within Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments. Experience managing project budgets, resources and delivery schedules. Experience coordinating third-party vendors and technology partners. Strong understanding of the software development and technology delivery lifecycle. Experience delivering projects within complex enterprise environments. Advantageous Experience Retail or eCommerce experience. Experience working within a large digital commerce environment. Experience with eCommerce transformation or re-platforming programmes. Experience delivering customer-facing digital products. Exposure to cloud migration or cloud-based platforms. Experience with API/integration projects. Experience working with Agile delivery teams. Experience within a large corporate or enterprise environment. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or a related discipline. Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent would be advantageous. Scrum/Agile certification would be beneficial. Key Competencies Strong project planning and organisational skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Strong risk, issue and dependency management. Commercial awareness and financial management skills. Ability to influence without direct authority. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to operate independently while working collaboratively within a broader delivery team. Results-driven with a strong focus on delivery and accountability. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an intermediate-level Project Manager who understands technology delivery and can confidently manage projects within a complex digital environment. You should be comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders while also working closely with technical delivery teams. You will bring structure, accountability and visibility to projects and have a proven ability to identify delivery risks early, coordinate multiple workstreams and drive projects through to successful implementation.
