HSE Manager Job Description: We are hiring an HSE Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental management for a gold processing plant EPC project. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on site presence. Responsibilities Lead site-wide HSE policies, audits, and compliance. Train and mentor HSE supervisors and workforce. Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations. Ensure adherence to both local and international safety standards. Requirements 7+ years’ HSE management experience in EPC/mining projects. Strong knowledge of gold plant construction safety. HSE degree or NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification. Leadership and training experience. ECOWAS citizenship.
