Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and industry requirements. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Leverage industry knowledge to attract top talent from the manufacturing, mining, and aviation sectors. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Requirements Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in manufacturing and mining. Previous employment within a mining company before transitioning to recruitment is highly desirable. Experience in placing candidates in the aviation sector. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
