The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in recruitment with significant experience in the manufacturing and mining sectors and a proven track record in aviation placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and industry requirements. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Leverage industry knowledge to attract top talent from the manufacturing, mining, and aviation sectors. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Maintain and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates. Competitive salary and benefits package. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
