Business Analysis Associate

Job Description:

• Monitor and coordinate with commercial team about commercial and operational excellence within the company's portfolio.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage day to day business by being able to anticipate potential roadblocks and issues, while also being able to quickly solve problem
• Leverage on logical and structural thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions
• Support campaign planning, performance evaluation, satisfaction survey and data analysis task.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics for improving company's sales and operation metrics across functions i.e. Commercial, Marketing etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economic, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated.
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player who can interact effectively and positively with people of all levels and abilities both internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
