Responsibilities
~1 min readCustomer Service Associates play a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions on all customers entering and leaving our store. They cultivate a positive and vibrant atmosphere throughout the store while assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on products and services. This position requires a blend of customer service expertise, sales acumen, and a solid understanding of printing and darkroom technologies.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greeting customers in all areas of the store and answering basic questions or transitioning the customer to a sales person.
- →Accurately accept/process
- →Customer returns and exchanges
- →Cash/credit card/check transactions
- →Printique photograph drop off and pickup
- →Used item requests
- →Buy online pick up in store orders
- →Rental drop off and pick up
- →Customer requests for printer, paper and darkroom items
- →Answer/screen calls and emails from the off-site customer service team
- →Answer off-site customer service questions
- →Forward calls to sales team specialists when needed
- →Consistently check/answer voice mail and email
- →Oversee follow-up on order pickups, cancellations, and refunds.
- →Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.
- Working knowledge of camera, video, lighting or computer equipment.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Cash handling experience.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends, (1-2 Sundays per month and 1-2 closing shifts per week)
