We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Food & Beverage Director to lead our restaurant, rooftop bar, and banquet and event operations. This key leadership role will oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service, strong operational standards, and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is an extraordinary hospitality leader who leads by example, inspires and develops their team, and brings strong operational and financial acumen to the role.     Lead all food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, rooftop bar, and banquet and event spaces, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest experiences.

    Oversee daily operations with a visible, hands-on leadership approach, maintaining high standards for service, presentation, and hospitality.

    Manage budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing while driving revenue and profitability.

    Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing hospitality team while creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.

    Establish and maintain consistent operating procedures, service standards, and training programs across all food and beverage outlets.

    Drive sales through upselling, promotions, events, and innovative food and beverage initiatives.

    Monitor guest feedback and service performance, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.

    Partner with culinary, events, and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication, execution, and operational efficiency.

    Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, inventory, purchasing, and other administrative responsibilities.

    Maintain the overall presentation and ambiance of each outlet, including cleanliness, music, lighting, service flow, and guest-facing details.

    Stay current on industry trends and bring new ideas that strengthen the operation, enhance the guest experience, and drive profitability.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, liquor regulations, and applicable laws.

    Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the operation.
