Flowly Solutions is growing and we are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to manage bulk inventory, load and unload freight, and optimize warehouse storage. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to securely load and unload commercial trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Transport heavy pallets, raw materials, and finished goods to designated racking systems and storage zones across the facility.
• Inspect heavy machinery daily prior to use, reporting any maintenance needs or defects to ensure strict safety compliance.
• Conduct high-reach inventory picks and assist with large-scale cycle audits to guarantee stock precision.
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and floor teams to meet daily outbound routing schedules and turnaround times.
• Maintain clear, hazard-free driving paths and adhere strictly to all facility speed limits and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, freight handling, distribution, or logistics is highly preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass a comprehensive onsite driving and safety assessment is required.
• Strong spatial awareness and a commitment to damage-free material handling and quality control.
• Solid teamwork skills with a track record of executing operational directives safely and effectively.
• Dependable transit options to ensure consistent, on-time arrivals for every shift at our Yuba City location.
• Physical stamina to sit, stand, and navigate machinery for long periods, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekend shifts)
