The Intake Specialist role at Elliott Frazier Law is a crucial gateway to delivering compassionate, high-quality legal representation. As the main point of contact for new clients, you will be instrumental in managing intake processes for both Family Law and Personal Injury cases. This position supports our mission of client-centered advocacy by ensuring that each prospective client receives a personalized and professional introduction to our services, thereby enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Client Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all new client intake across Family Law and Personal Injury.
- →Consultation Sales: Effectively communicate the value of paid consultations to prospective Family Law clients, encouraging them to schedule and pay for initial appointments.
- →Consultation Coordination: Ensure that on-site intake staff are ready for in-person consults or contact and transfer remote consults in a timely manner.
- →Client Qualification: Quickly qualify and triage prospective Personal Injury clients, ensuring that cases align with firm capabilities.
- →Data Management: Enter and update lead information in Lead Docket, ensuring data accuracy and thoroughness for effective follow-up.
- →Scheduling: Manage calendar bookings in both Lead Docket and Outlook, coordinating with attorneys to streamline consultation scheduling.
- →Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with no-show clients to reschedule consultations, maintaining client engagement and prospect retention.
- →Conflict Resolution: Coordinate quick conflict checks and maintain a conflict log to prevent scheduling issues and ensure seamless client service.
- →Script Development: Assist with refining intake scripts and processes, enhancing the firm’s efficiency and client service quality.
- Sales Experience: Proven phone-based sales experience with strong objection handling skills.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication with a clear, understandable phone demeanor.
- Empathy: High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with distressed clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Lead Docket Proficiency: Experience with Lead Docket preferred, with a willingness to learn and use effectively.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus, enhancing communication with a diverse client base.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Outlook/Office 365 for email and scheduling purposes.
- Remote Work: Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment, with proactive communication skills. Remote (global) role with set Eastern Time hours (8:30am–5:00pm ET, Mon–Fri; 30-min lunch).
