Responsibilities
~1 min read- Enter and log new opportunities into Salesforce based on signals from client-facing teams.
- Ensure opportunities are created within defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records including classification, ownership, and stage progression.
- Ensure opportunities are categorized properly (renewals, upsells, ascensions).
- Update opportunity records as deals progress or close.
- Logging client calls and notes in Salesforce that the Director of Client Engagement conducts.
- Maintain cleanliness, completeness, and accuracy across Salesforce opportunity records.
- Audit pipeline data regularly to prevent missing information or errors.
- Ensure Salesforce remains a reliable source of truth for revenue forecasting.
- Flag inconsistencies or missing information that could impact reporting or deal progression.
- Work closely with internal teams including Client Success Managers, Coaches, Trainers, and Revenue Operations leadership.
- Support the Renewals & Ascensions team by preparing opportunities for internal review and assignment.
- Consolidate and organize incoming opportunity information from multiple internal sources.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure information is accurate before opportunities are entered.
- Develop client-preparation call briefs for the Director of Client Engagement, giving a fully fleshed out outline of program utilization and what opportunities are possible/pending to discuss.
- Assist with internal coordination related to opportunity flow and pipeline updates.
- Maintain documentation and structured tracking of opportunity data.
- Support data reporting requests and internal pipeline visibility needs.
- Ensure operational processes are followed consistently across teams.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–4 years of experience supporting sales operations or revenue operations
- Experience supporting revenue or sales teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Experience and capability with google sheets formulas, tables, v-look ups, pivot tables, array formulas, index matching, and so on
- Experience in ClickUp or similar project management software
- Strong written English communication skills
- High comfort working inside all Google Suite tools and Slack
- Ability to work U.S. business hours consistently
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple incoming tasks and maintain organization
- Strong follow-through and accountability for operational work
- Bonus:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience working with opportunity pipelines and deal tracking
- Coding experience in Python, SQL, etc.
