Digital Marketing Manager

· Own and manage CrossCountry's website, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand standards

· Manage vendor and agency relationships related to our digital channels, including the firm's external web developer
· Lead a high-volume paid search program across multiple concurrent campaigns, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to streamline optimization analysis, audience targeting, keyword research, and performance reporting
· Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic and third-party digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with firmwide growth priorities and target audiences
· Partner with the content lead on organic search strategy, ensuring paid and organic efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing
· Track and report on digital performance metrics across the website and paid media channels using insights to optimize channel mix, audience targeting, and ROI
· Evaluate and recommend new paid media channels, platforms, and technologies to expand the firm’s digital reach and targeting capabilities as the firm's needs evolve
· 6+ years of digital marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments
· Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools, with a curiosity to continuously explore what's next
· Demonstrated experience managing a corporate website, including hands-on WordPress proficiency
· Strong paid search expertise, including campaign strategy, bid management, and performance reporting
· Familiarity with programmatic and third-party digital advertising, including campaign execution and vendor management
· Solid understanding of how paid and organic search work together, including SEO principles and how AI-powered tools are reshaping the search landscape
· Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
· Detail-oriented and structured, with a track record of owning programs end to end
· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
