About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe’s IT, Security & Compliance team is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to bring delivery discipline to our security and compliance workstreams. You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, run sprint execution in Jira, and maintain team documentation in Confluence, all while partnering closely with the IT & Security Programs Office to keep initiatives like audits, risk remediation, control implementation, and tooling rollouts moving predictably and transparently. This role sits at the intersection of Agile delivery and a highly regulated, deadline-driven domain, where clear tracking, cross-team coordination, and audit-ready documentation matter as much as team velocity.
