As the Senior Director of Engineering for Developer Experience, you will own and drive the strategy, execution, and culture of the team responsible for how Crusoe's engineers and non-engineers build, ship, and operate software. Crusoe is looking for a visionary to develop and further build a talented team focused on making every developer at Crusoe faster, more effective, and more empowered through world-class internal tooling, platforms, and AI-powered automation. You'll partner closely with senior engineering and product leadership to define and deliver the foundation that accelerates everything we build.
