We are seeking a highly driven, pioneering leader to take on the challenge of scaling our custom design/build manufacturing operations in Tulsa, OK. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will operate with the autonomy to make critical, high-impact decisions that drive operational excellence and set the standard for speed-to-market.

You will lead all aspects of production in a rapidly scaling environment where every project is unique, focusing on developing, accelerating, and ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
