About the Role
~1 min readCrusoe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Project Execution team. This role focuses specifically on the power generation aspects of our large-scale data center projects, encompassing electrical, communication, controls, and mechanical systems. You will play a critical role through the lifecycle of the project, managing engineering execution, construction, completions, commissioning, and turnover.
Reporting to a Program Manager, the Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of an individual power project within a larger program — leading cross-functional teams, directing schedule, cost, and procurement outcomes, and ensuring the successful deployment of power infrastructure. This position requires deep knowledge of power generation technologies, construction execution, and project management methodologies.
You lead a project delivery team built on two leads: a Project Engineer, who owns technical execution, and an Assistant Project Manager, who owns commercial execution and directs the project controls team (Project Controls Manager, Project Scheduler, and Procurement Specialist). You will work closely with engineering, operations, and technology teams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
