As the Senior Production Manager at Crusoe, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of production across a dynamic, custom design/build manufacturing organization. You will operate in a bespoke environment where every project is uniquely designed to meet client specifications, ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing processes. This role requires you to direct department managers, leveraging advanced Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. We are looking for an experienced, strategic leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling production in a custom-centric environment. This is a full-time position. • A Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

• Experience with multi-site production management.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced "start-up" or "greenfield" manufacturing environment.

• Experience with advanced production forecasting and capacity planning tools.
