SAP Analytics & Reporting SME - Alteryx

CSCI Consulting is seeking experienced SAP Analytics & Reporting SMEs with Alteryx expertise to support a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Department of War (DoW) environment. This role will drive data analytics, reporting, and automation capabilities to improve financial auditability and global transportation logistics.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, streamline data processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise systems.

• →Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation
• →Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• →Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and executive stakeholders
• →Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across analytics pipelines
• →Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Alteryx
• →Support SAP data integration, reporting, and migration activities
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting solutions

• U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI development
• Advanced experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including data integration or migration
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
• Strong communication skills with ability to brief technical and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
• Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence

• Experience supporting DoW or federal logistics programs
• SAP S/4HANA or public sector SAP experience
• Experience with data migration or enterprise transformation programs
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
• Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
• Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
• Past experience working with a Federal agency
• Department of War experience is a plus!
