• →Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
• →Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
• →Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
• →Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
• →Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.

This role is based in our São Paulo office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential.
