Since 2019, we have built, leased and managed over 5M square feet of space for food production, processing, storage and distribution.
Our development approach is based on a deep understanding of the needs of food businesses, as well as the design and engineering principles required to build and operate complex production facilities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Formulate project budgets, qualifications and develop contractor and/or vendor RFP documents (scope narratives, schedules, etc.), lead job walks and selection/award review meetings.
- →Monitor contractors’ work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and overall conformance with the contract documents.
- →Attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations, as required.
- →Coordinate activities with other staff, departments, and public agencies.
- →Bidding contracts and managing consultants including architects, engineers, contractor, permit expeditors.
- →Assist Design in coordinating subconsultant disciplines, and lead design-assist involvement and establish design-to-budget parameters with multiple trades from preconstruction, and through the buy-out of those trades.
- →Provide value engineering assessment of alternative design solutions including initial cost, schedule implications and constructability issues.
- →Manage or oversee cost control measures, including allowances, contingencies, cost-to-complete logs, change order requests, and invoicing.
- →Assist in the planning and implementation of construction project schedules and budgets.
- →Coordinate onsite due‑diligence activities and contract’s work.
- →Verify onsite work to ensure the delivered quality is acceptable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; 5-7 years within commercial real estate: hospitality, restaurant or F&B construction is essential.
- MEP experience is essential.
- Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative.
- Plus: Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project.

The base salary range for this role is 14,000-18,000 PLN per month.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
