Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for senior and corporate-level roles across multiple functions
→Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles
→Design and structure interview panels, assessments, and evaluation frameworks aligned with role competencies
→Develop sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for complex and business-critical hires
→Build and manage strong talent pipelines while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
→Utilize recruiting tools and data to optimize hiring processes, improve efficiency, and drive hiring outcomes
→Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and corporate roles
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
Experience partnering with leadership teams and hiring managers in fast-paced environments
Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities for complex searches
Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
Strong communication and organizational skills
English level: C1
