• →The Hustle & Hunger: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion/acquisition targets in a fast-paced environment. You don't just hit goals; you crush them.
• →Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can charm a busy restaurant owner over the phone and write a killer pitch email.
• →Relationship Builders: Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal corporate teams and external hospitality partners.
• →Resilience: A positive, competitive attitude. You view "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
• →Industry Savvy (Preferred): Prior experience in food-tech, hospitality, or corporate catering is a major plus.  Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

This role is based in our Bogotá office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
