- Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position(s) available in Mathematics.

- Positions available on or after August 31, 2026 and ending on or before May 21, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

- Homework grader for lower division math courses.
Duties include but are not limited to:- Assist instructor with grading homework assignments (with provided solutions).
- Record student scores. Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.

- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates to be dependable, responsible, neat and able to perform duties in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates grade of “B” or better in the lower division course to be graded or in comparable mathematics courses.
- Demonstrates competency in Mathematics above the level of the course to be graded.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
- Salary Range
- $16.90 per hour.
