As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain and operational improvement initiatives within the company. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, process optimization, and performance analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable industry insights and professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Supply Chain

Assist in analyzing historical shipping data to support 3PL Performance Evaluation.
Monitor stock levels and help develop strategies to optimize inventory.
Analyze 3PL performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Logistic & Supply Chain.
Invoice validation & reconciliation from 3PL collaborate with the Finance Team.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Operations Improvement

Collaborate with cross function teams to streamline processes and Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize operational tasks.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.
Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow.

Requirements:

Final year student with no class to attend / Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply, majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
No prior experience necessary—just an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
