About the Role:

Culligan 331TX is looking for a reliable and hardworking Bottler to join our team in Irving, TX! This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted name in water treatment and delivery, keeping our customers hydrated and satisfied every day.

Responsibilities:

Fill, cap, and label water bottles accurately and efficiently on the bottling line
Inspect bottles and products for quality control and compliance with safety standards
Operate and monitor bottling equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Track and record production output and report any equipment issues
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during production
Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory management of bottled products

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a bottling, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
