About the Role
~1 min readNational Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) has a unique opportunity for an Assistant Project Officer within the Assets & Infrastructure Branch insurance team.
As the Assistant Project Officer, you will undertake a diverse range of tasks supporting the NPWS insurance program. This includes frontline customer service responsibilities, such as managing the Outlook mailbox and support helpline, and providing advice to NPWS staff on insurance-related matters. In this role, you will also contribute to claims management processes by undertaking activities such as claims processing, analysis, reporting, and implementation, along with other related administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Experience in development and delivery of programs and projects.
- Understanding of contemporary project management principles and practices.
