Our Business Advisory team at the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is currently seeking to appoint Business Advisor Revenue Management responsible for reporting to stakeholders and take the lead role in providing business and financial advisory services for various assigned divisions within the department.
The Group Finance division develops, manages and advises on systems, infrastructure, policies and standards for the department in the areas of finance, procurement and administration, asset management, information and communication technology.
About the Role

- Providing analytical support to various stakeholders in managing cashflow, monitoring business metrics and developing financial analysis.
- Stakeholder management working across different departments and managing competing deadlines and priorities.
- Identifying and delivering finance and related initiatives in partnership with other stakeholders and teams to build performance that supports people and business objectives.
- Problem solving and navigating through complex situations offering viable solutions.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, and experience using financial systems such as SAP/MWZ and PRIME/CM9/CM10 is desirable.
Requirements
~1 min read- Relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility for membership of a recognised professional accounting body such as CPA Australia or Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
