Help bring some of Sydney’s most iconic harbourside precincts to life. As the Event Production Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of events, activations and place experiences across locations including The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and White Bay Power Station. Working closely with internal teams, contractors and event crews, you'll help turn creative ideas into safe, engaging and memorable experiences for visitors.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate production schedules, logistics, equipment, contractors and event operations while balancing competing priorities, managing stakeholder expectations and helping ensure events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Experience coordinating the production and delivery of events, activations, festivals or public experiences, ideally within outdoor or public-space environments.
- →Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, contractors, logistics and operational requirements.
- →Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, event crews and a diverse range of stakeholders.
- →A practical and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify issues, think creatively and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- →The ability to adapt to changing priorities, work collaboratively with others and contribute positively to a team-focused culture.
- →An understanding of event operations, WHS requirements and delivering safe, high-quality visitor experiences.
