The role

As the Project Officer Transformation and Change, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting projects and initiatives that are helping shape the future of the organisation. From coordinating project activities and engaging stakeholders to supporting communications and change initiatives, you'll be involved in a broad range of work that helps deliver meaningful business improvement and transformation outcomes.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy rolling up their sleeves to support wherever needed. Working closely with project managers, change specialists and business leaders, you'll contribute to everything from project coordination and reporting through to stakeholder engagement, research and change delivery activities.

 

We're looking for a people-focused professional who brings positive energy, strong initiative and a willingness to get involved across different areas of the team. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile transformation initiatives, build your experience across project and change disciplines, and make a genuine contribution to how change is delivered across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting projects, transformation initiatives or organisational change activities.
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities, track progress and follow through on tasks.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders and supporting workshops, communications or change activities.
  • Clear written communication skills, including preparing updates, reports and project documentation.
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues and practical solutions.
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to working in a busy team environment.
