As the Senior Ministerial & Parliamentary Liaison Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting Ministers and Senior Executives by delivering high quality parliamentary, ministerial and correspondence services. Working on sensitive and high-profile matters, you'll help ensure timely, accurate advice reaches decision-makers and contributes to better outcomes for communities across NSW.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Working across the department and with ministerial offices, you'll drive continuous improvement, manage complex requests and help deliver trusted services that support government decision-making.

- Exceptional written communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, build productive relationships and provide trusted advice on complex or sensitive matters.
- Strong problem-solving and judgement capabilities, with the ability to assess risks, manage competing priorities and deliver timely, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with proven ability to coordinate multiple deadlines, maintain attention to detail and drive continuous improvement of processes and services.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
